Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Transio's website, document translation workflow, and Google Workspace add-on. By using Transio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Transio provides document and Workspace content translation tools. The service may support uploaded files, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and related text extraction or placement workflows. Some features may be in beta, preview, or dependent on a configured translation backend.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you upload or submit, for having the rights and permissions needed to translate that content, and for reviewing translated output before relying on it. You must not use Transio to process unlawful content, violate third-party rights, or attempt to disrupt the service.
4. Translation Accuracy
Machine translation may contain errors, omissions, formatting changes, or meaning changes. Transio does not guarantee that translations are accurate, complete, legally sufficient, medically appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose. Human review is recommended for important, legal, medical, financial, safety, or public-facing materials.
5. Document Formatting
Transio attempts to preserve document structure and formatting where possible, but translated text can expand, wrap, overflow, or alter layout. PDF and slide formats may have additional limitations because they are final-layout or visually constrained formats.
6. Google Workspace Add-On
The Google Workspace add-on is intended to run only after user-initiated actions and to place translated content according to selected options. Google Workspace availability, permissions, and host application behavior may affect functionality.
7. Beta And Availability
Certain Transio features, including hosted document translation and the Workspace add-on, may be beta, experimental, or unavailable from time to time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features without notice.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to your submitted content. Transio retains rights to its software, website, designs, branding, workflows, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Transio technology.
9. Disclaimers
Transio is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted operation.
10. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or reliance on translated output.
